The Hebron Location:

Larry & Kim Geisen, owners of the Geisen Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Crown Point are pleased to announce the purchase of the Bob Lang Funeral Home, 624 N. Main St. Hebron, IN (owned by Family Service Group out of Springfield, IL). The purchase was finalized on March 10, 2004.

"In the last decade or so, there have been numerous name and ownership changes in Hebron and Kim and I are proud to bring local ownership and a well respected familiar name with over 137 years of history in funeral service back to the Hebron community. The other Family service Group Bob Lang funeral homes located in Demotte, Wheatfield and Kankakee Valley were not included due to the very small number of funerals performed at those locations” said Larry.

I am looking forward to working with the growing Hebron community and getting involved in local business, Larry Geisen says. Our mission is to provide each family we serve the opportunity to celebrate their loved ones life in a unique and meaningful way. Whether it be with a personalized remembrance video tribute showing photographs of their loved one at special times or helping a family display personal items for a memory table to show guests.
